Huge shoutouts to Pio for the warm welcoming and service that she provided while I was touring Herriman Towne Center. She was super sweet and kind. Any question I may have had, she answered with no problem! This place definitely checks off everything I’m looking for and the amenities just tops it off even more. Definitely top 3 on my list for sure!

I really enjoyed touring and seeing the amenities, recently moved here and this was my first tour and one of my choices. It's very beautiful and Pio helped me with my tour, I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful she was. Pio was very responsive in answering any questions I had with enthusiasm and knowledge in providing detailed information about the apartment and surrounding areas. Very patient and provided clarity on the many questions I had. After the tour I felt well informed and excited about the prospect of moving into this complex with the amazing amenities it has to offer!

Maintenance Team is Great
I have been living at the Herriman Towne Center apartments for over a year. The maintenance team is fast to act when a maintenance request is submitted and helpful. I submitted one today and in 4 hours, Jeff arrived fixed all the issues in under 15 minutes. He was professional and speedy.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Had my bachelorette party there and it was a blast!! The service was fantastic. Kori was incredible and Im so grateful for the effort she put in, her kindness, and her attention to detail! Highly recommend.

Great price & amenities! The golf sim is a blast! & Super close the the market. Kori was super very helpful!
