Iâve been pretty pleased with this complex so far. Itâs one of the better complexâs Iâve personally lived at. It can be pricey but the staff is pretty friendly and maintenance is pretty fast to respond. The walls donât seem to have a lot of soundproofing, so you hear a lot of the kids yelling outside or some of the louder noises. But overall, itâs not a bad place to live.
Property management much friendlier and more helpful than last apartment complex we lived in. Nice neighbors and great amenities.
Herriman Towne Center Apt. have been our home for only a few months but my family and I have enjoyed it. The amenities are great and with any small issue we may have they are quick to resolveâ¦.

Spacious apartments. Well kept complex all in all! Amenities are great! Love the gym having a play area for the little ones to play while you get your steps in on the treadmill!
Office and maintenence staff are awesome! They are respectful, responsive, and resolve all issues within a reasonable amount of time. The property is well maintained by the staff; however, if you want to live in a nice place, it is also the tenant's responsibility to pick up after themselves, their kids, and their animals. Amenities are worth paying for, units are spacious, and staff is amazing. I highly recommend living here.
