Maintenance Team is Great
I have been living at the Herriman Towne Center apartments for over a year. The maintenance team is fast to act when a maintenance request is submitted and helpful. I submitted one today and in 4 hours, Jeff arrived fixed all the issues in under 15 minutes. He was professional and speedy.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Had my bachelorette party there and it was a blast!! The service was fantastic. Kori was incredible and Im so grateful for the effort she put in, her kindness, and her attention to detail! Highly recommend.

I recently toured several apartments, and Kori was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. The amenities and the neighborhood are wonderful. The location is ideal for my workplace, with convenient access to the freeway. This place is perfect for both me and my pet.

Love that they have a sauna and steam room! Those are especially important to me during the winter months when I need an extra burst of warmth. The community overall is beautiful, spacious and clean. The manager was super friendly and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I cant quite remember, but I believe her name was Kory.

I was recommended to check this area out and I wasn’t too sure about it at first but I was able to get a lot of great insight from Pio. She was really kind and answered all my questions.
