Pio, Christina, & Karlyn were hands down the best Iâve ever come across. They were so informative, helpful, and made me feel like they really cared. The townhome itself is amazing. It is so spacious, so much natural light, the community itself itâs so quiet. When I came in to tour the first time, pio was so nice and enthusiastic which made me want to live here even more! She explained everhthing thoroughly so I understood all fees & amenities + apartment features. Christina was so helpful with my application and getting me approved in a timely manner I am so thankful. If you are thinking about renting here ABSOLUTELY DO IT!!! So happy I found my home at HTC.
Herriman Towne Center is a beautiful complex in a great location. Its the perfect place to raise a family with a ton of amenities. They have great staff and Christina is an amazing manager!

Moved in about a year ago and it has been the best experience, property is so well kept and property staff is phenomenal. Karlyn, ryann, pio and christina are always so helpful!

I love this apartment, Iâm so glad that we got to move here. It has such a beautiful view, I enjoy talking walks because itâs clean around the campus. Overall itâs a beautiful community and thank you for letting us have the Opportunity to stay here for as much as we can. :)
This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and supportive and truly care about their community! They love to do whatever they can not to just get you as a resident but keep you as a resident! They have partnered with me and co hosted free cooking classes that we would love to continue to do! Team work makes the dream work!
Have lived here for almost a year now! Staff is always friendly and very helpful! Apartments are spacious with nice amenities.
