I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I love my premium 2 bedroom 1 bath! The elevator in my building is so convenient. The grounds are well kept, and so are the amenities. Staff is friendly and prompt with responses. My only complaint is that the activity center is a pretty pricey for residents to rent out for parties etc. however, pro’s of this property far outweigh that single con I have. HTC has been the perfect place to call home.

The staff here are super friendly and usually have an answer to any issues that emerge. The single bedroom layout is very nice considering it’s one of the biggest for the same price as others. Plus having so many restaurants and the dog park nearby is super convenient.

We love living here! During the tour, the staff was so welcoming and made us even more intrigued to look at what they offer. Our one bedroom, newly remodeled apartment is the best little home. The complex is beautiful and very well taken care of. If you are considering renting, we 100% recommend.

Prefect Place to Live
I have lived here almost two years and don't plan on moving. The office team goes well above awesome along with the maintenance team. All of the staff treats you like family. So if you're looking for a home you do not need to look any further.
