Very nice complex!! I initially had some issues first moving in but working with the staff has made it a smooth and stress-free experience. I was able to work with Pio and her professionalism, dedication, and expertise made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend

Great Apartments!!! Love the staff. Had all the help I needed and issues were resolved in a timely manner. Neighbors I had were also compliant and never had issues with. Highly recommend these apartments!

I recently moved into Herriman Towne Center and am very pleased with my experience so far. The location is excellent, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and highways. The amenities, including the gym and golf simulator, are top-notch. The staff, along with Pio, have been incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth move-in process. The apartments are well-maintained, spacious, and offer a clean, welcoming environment. Overall, it’s a great place to live and offers excellent value for the price.

Toured this community and don’t live here but would love to. The assistant manager Pio helped me and was super attentive and kind. Kudos to her!

This place is amazing for the cost! The staff here go the extra mile to help people out in need. The maintenance team is efficient and quickly rises to the occasion when issues need to be handled. I wasn’t able to stay with Herriman as long as I would have liked to… but damn it’s a great place to live!

I appreciate all the office staff for making the move-in pleasant. They were always friendly and efficient in getting paperwork together and following up on a maintenance request. Maintenance was great as well! He was very courteous and respectful, and quickly fixed the problem. I am so grateful. Thanks for providing such great service! I’m excited to be a part of the Towne Center Community!
