We’ve been here for quite a while now and have had no issues or complaints. It is a quiet neighborhood and is dog friendly with a dog park. There is plenty of room in the apartment without feeling closed in. Plus love the pantry for my Costco hauls!

We love it here! The amenities are great & the staff. We also enjoy living in our apartment. It’s comfortable & has a modern style which is really nice. I recommend Herriman Towne Center if you are considering here.

when we moved to Utah we looked so much for a great apartments to live,this community is a wonderful place . it has the best amenities saunas massage room game room and its kids friendy and they will have so much fun with the indoor and outdoor playground. the pool is so cool they have kids pool which is so safe. definitely recommend.

We were moving from out of state and Pio was absolutely amazing to work with. She remained fully detailed with us of every expectation and time lines in the approval process. She also maintained text communication for all questions we had.

Herriman Towne Center apartments have beautiful accommodations for a wonderful living experience! Plus with tremendous amenities not only for myself but for my dog as well and we both are happy to be residents here. The staff is truly amazing and personable and always there for any questions or assistance needed. I am very happy that I renewed my lease recently and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Thank you!
