Office lady was very nice and made it super easy for us. She was extremely patient with all of our questions and emails during the move. The apartment is comfortable and the amenities are great. Location works well for us .

I moved in last April and I’ve had a great time here so far. Quiet, peaceful and the management is very kind and quick to get issues fixed. The amenities are good too, this is the first apartment I’ve lived in that has a tanning bed and saunas. They keep the grounds well maintained and very clean. Overall it is a bit spendy to live here but I believe it’s worth it. :)

I’ve been pretty pleased with this complex so far. It’s one of the better complex’s I’ve personally lived at. It can be pricey but the staff is pretty friendly and maintenance is pretty fast to respond. The walls don’t seem to have a lot of soundproofing, so you hear a lot of the kids yelling outside or some of the louder noises. But overall, it’s not a bad place to live.

Herriman Towne Center Apt. have been our home for only a few months but my family and I have enjoyed it. The amenities are great and with any small issue we may have they are quick to resolve….
