We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with no weight restrictions (breed restrictions may apply—please contact the office). One pet requires a $150 refundable deposit and a $350 pet fee due upfront; two pets require a $200 refundable deposit and a $400 pet fee due upfront. Monthly pet rent is $60 per pet.
